Dear customers,
let us thank you for the loyalty you show to services provided by AvalancheNet. RYANT, s.r.o. also found level of these services impressive and therefore an important change in the property structure of AvalancheNet occured - RYANT became the sole owner of this company. There are some consequences of this change, the most important are:
1) Change in the authority to act on behalf of the company: since April 6, 2010, only Pavel Ryant and Karel Doležal are authorized to act on behalf of the company, former owners and partners are no longer entitled to any legal acts.
2) Change in technical support services: all the technical operation of AvalancheNet including customer support is provided by soLNet, s.r.o. RYANT owns 51% stake in soLNet and therefore according to the Commercial Code, soLNet and AvalancheNet are related companies.
3) Since May of this year there will be an option of prepaid technical 16x7 support (every day including weekends and holidays).
4) Since May we also plan to improve the security. In few weeks we will implement new antispam and antivirus solutions.
5) Starting in late May, you will get a chance to use our helpdesk system that will allow you to enter and monitor your requests. Use of this system will be free of charge. You will find information about start of this system on AvalancheNet website.

Hotline soLNet is available Monday to Friday 9 a.m. – 5 p.m., for urgent requirements outside this interval there is a support available for a fee. For AvalancheNet customers who previously used the 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. support, there will be a free service from 8 - 9 a.m. Monday to Friday (at least by the end of July).
On the hotline, most often you will communicate with Mgr. Petr Jurášek, Mgr. Petr Nesnídal and Mgr. Martin Procházka. Also Ing.
